A Day at Atsugi - Golf Tournament

This year's "a day at Atsugi- Golf Tournament" was co-organized by Mustang, AAGA, and Tokyo American club on 6th December 2009.
Registrants enjoyed a beautiful sunny day. The tournament was a two man scramble. The event started with a shotgun start at 9:00am. Events included a $1 million dollar hole-in-one contest, $10,000 puttiing contest, hole-in-one contest on all par threes. As participants gathered at the golf club for a buffet lunch, lucky winners won some great prizes including 2 business class flights to Hawaii by United Airlines and a three night stay at Pacific Island Club Guam!
*Registration fee 25000 yen per person- including green fees, golf cart, omiyage bag, golf shirt, buffet breakfast and lunch.

2008 report: The Tokyo American Club teamed up with Atsugi Naval Air Station for a fun-packed day of events in support of the Run for the Cure Foundation. On Saturday, September 27 2008, at the Whispering Pines Golf Course in Naval Air Station, Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan. With a selection of "packages" from which to choose, the day was an exciting one for all the family, helping to raise awareness about breast cancer at the same time.
